Shamal Enterprises, initially known as Shamal Energia, was established in 2015 to help Brazilian business owners save on corporate electrical power bills by providing advisory services on Brazilian Power Free Market regulations, thus allowing those clients to obtain better rates and contract terms while negotiating with Power suppliers.

As Foreign investors, including angel investors, venture capitalists, private equity funds, and corporations, showed a growing interest in Brazilian businesses by the end of 2021, Shamal Energia, in association with a US-based business partner, envisioned the opportunity to support US potential investors aiming to invest in Brazilian companies, while helping those potential investors to navigate on Brazilian business and regulatory environments.

By mid-2022, as Shamal Energia, renamed Shamal Enterprises, shifted its focus from energy regulatory advisory services to a broader Brazilian business and regulatory environment consulting services scope, and as Shamal Enterprises rapidly strengthened its business relationships in Brazil, it came to form a council of highly skilled, deeply connected, senior industry, academia, and government specialists aiming to grant both foreign and local clients access to Made-in-Brazil world-class Technologies.

This group of highly qualified senior specialists, and strongly connected with the industry, allowed the creation of SHAMAL & PARTNERS.
